Twenty-three cards.
Three window rails.
Every side of the deal.
NSY REAL ESTATE, LLC brokers both sides of the street from 949 N 900 W, Tremonton, Utah — buy-side, sell-side, residential, commercial, renting, auction and time-share representation. Twenty-three services on three window rails, one agency floor.
Every seat at the table,
hung where clients can see it.
Twenty-three brokerage services sorted onto three rails — the agency floor that runs the office, the buy-side rail that represents purchasers, and the sell-side rail that moves property out the door. Each rail has its own agreements, its own files and its own fiduciary duties.
Agency Floor
Agencies, agents, brokerages and brokers' offices — the license-holding core of the business.
Buy-Side Rail
Buyers' agents, buying agencies and exclusive buyers' representation.
Sell-Side & Specialty
Selling, renting, auction, residential, commercial and time-share brokerage.
The window is honest
or it isn't a window.
A brokerage window works because it's plain: cards on a rail, each one a real service under a real license. Agency, buy-side and sell-side aren't interchangeable — the duty runs to the client we signed, and the paperwork says which side we're on.
Everything hangs on representation agreements: buyer agency, listing agreements, auction terms, rental mandates. A card that isn't backed by a signed agreement doesn't go in the window.
Meet the brokerageTwenty-three services. All licensed lines.
Every card on the rail is a real brokerage line — engaged under a written representation agreement, run under Utah real-estate license law, and closed on the record. Where a deal needs disclosure — dual agency questions, auction terms, time-share rules — the disclosure comes first.
New cards hang only when the service behind them is staffed and licensed. The window grows by closing, not by decoration.
